Ben joined Spring Loaded in October 2017 as a Business Development Representative. By 2019, he initiated a strategic pivot toward building adoption among prescribers, including orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine physicians, as well as establishing partnerships with resellers across Canada. In 2022, Ben formally assumed the title of Director of Sales.
Under Ben’s guidance, Spring Loaded has achieved significant milestones, including a network of over 300 prescribers and 150 reseller partners across Canada. His commitment to fostering meaningful collaborations and delivering value to healthcare professionals has been instrumental in expanding the reach and impact of the Spring Loaded brace.
